If you can see the world from other people’s perspectives, your User Experience (UX) designs can enable clients, customers and patients to navigate their surroundings, products and appointments. You will walk in customers’ steps to observe and research end users’ needs, brainstorm ideas, incorporate client feedback and prototype solutions. Your innovations can include mobile and desktop apps, interactive websites and kiosks, educational tools, smartwatches and vehicle dashboards.

Computer Graphics professor named most distinguished faculty researcher by student organization
On April 5, University Residences and the Office of Residential Academic Initiatives announced the winners of this year’s “Favorite Faculty” awards. Throughout February, Purdue students living in university residences nominated faculty members who had significantly impacted their time at Purdue. Nearly 300 nominations were submitted and reviewed by a committee, who ultimately selected the 5 winners.
