My organizational behavior and human resource management classes have highlighted just how critical informed, people-first leadership is in any field, in any capacity. I’ve learned how workplace culture, trust and psychological safety can create positive outcomes for both employees and employers. Through discussion-based courses, I’ve really become immersed in the coursework and connected to my peers. Also, the professors are absolutely amazing! Each one is so passionate, engaging and curious.
