Degree Plus
Earn two degrees in four years with Purdue’s Degree Plus program — combine Liberal Arts with STEM, business or any other major, all without extra time or tuition. Stand out with a multidimensional education that sets you apart.

Noelia Alvarez
As a student studying artificial intelligence in the College of Liberal Arts, one of Noelia Alvarez’s most impactful experiences was researching how algorithms affect democracy. With support from the Department of Philosophy and College of Liberal Arts, she was able to intern in Washington, D.C. at the Bipartisan Policy Center, contributing to the AI 101 initiative backed by Google. She’s also gained valuable experience in other industries through externships in venture capital and consulting, helping to further understand the real-world impact of AI and navigate today’s complex digital world.
