Best advice going into college

Be open-minded. Everything is new and can feel intimidating, but don’t shy away from taking the chance to do something that you might not get to do anywhere else. Apply for that dream internship. Join that club for a semester. Dress in a morph suit and dance on campus like no one is watching. You’d be surprised how much better your college experience can be when you do new things that you never would have known you liked otherwise.

Favorite Purdue tradition

The fountain run is my favorite tradition. Running through every single fountain in a particular location is usually socially frowned upon, so the fact that you get to cool off on a hot day during our Orientation Program without a care in the world what anyone else thinks is both fun and liberating.
