College of Engineering Visit Opportunities
Learn more about Purdue Engineering and connect with the students, staff and faculty:
Engineering Information Sessions
These 50-minute long Engineering Information Sessions (EIS) are led by current engineering students and will provide you with an overview of everything that Purdue Engineering has to offer! Afterward, you can join an optional Engineering Facilities Tour led by students from the Purdue Student Engineering Foundation. These optional tours are based upon tour guide availability and may not be offered when classes aren’t in session.
Purdue Engineering Live
Purdue Engineering Live is a series of live, virtual events that each focus on a particular aspect of Purdue Engineering and feature a panel of current students, staff, and/or faculty. Exclusively for admitted students and their families, you’ll hear stories about how students tackle challenging courses, how a Purdue Engineering degree opened doors for alumni, and more! You will be able to send in questions to ask panelists. A full replay of each event will be posted on the College of Engineering’s YouTube channel.
Women in Engineering Program
The Women in Engineering Program (WIEP) offers events and resources for admitted students to connect and learn more about the programs and students in the College of Engineering. Check out their website for the latest opportunities to connect!
Connect with Students
In the Office of Future Engineers, there are current engineering students called Peer Counselors to answer questions and provide their own experiences.
The Office of Future Engineers also works closely with the Purdue Student Engineering Foundation (PSEF), a student organization with over 50 engineering students who are passionate about connecting with admitted students. Check out their website to view bios of all of their members and to connect with them.
