Chemistry at Purdue University has a small undergraduate population but a very large faculty, which allows students to enjoy a great deal of individualized attention. It also offers opportunities for mentoring programs and cutting-edge undergraduate research in a wide range of fields from bioinformatics to nanotechnology. Chemistry majors can pursue one of two degrees: 1. BS in Chemistry, with an option to complete a dual major with Chemical Engineering or with Materials Science Engineering; 2.
